Teething troubles

Poor Erin has had a tough week with nasty teeth causing her a lot of pain. She has had a recent spurt on them and now has 5 front teeth and 3 molars with another 3 new ones pushing their way through. We were at Yorkhill for bloods on Monday, a fairly traumatic sample, but we met up with our liver friends Claire and baby India for a spot of lunch afterwards which cheered her up. Erin is now a whopping 13.6kg (fully clothed) so it's fair to say she had caught up now in the weight department ha ha. The results came back OK apart from a rediculously high ALP (Alk Phos) result of 9000 (normal is around 50!). All we were told was this someitmes happens and is nothing to worry about (!). A lovely liver mum friend of mine has told me it can go high when they are having a growth spurt, which Erin is having at the moment, so hopefully that explains it. She is also EBV positive again so another one to keep an eye on.

I'm afriad I've not got many good pictures of Erin recently because it's hard to get her still enough!
see evidence below

As she comes out in pics as a blur I thought I'd upload a wee video of her playing her favourite game, chasing Daddy. Enjoy!

We have managed to squeezing in a few lunches out recently which is another favourite activity. We ate in a Silverburn shopping centre last week and managed to get a table beside the large fountain which kept her very happy as you can see.
Her current food fad is houmous sandwiches.......

And she has taken to carrying a teether toy around the house like a bracelet, she is such a character!
