Things have not all been rosy however. Jamie rang ENT last week to chase up when the surgery might be scheduled for only to be told Erin was placed on the routine waiting list (again) so it would probably be another 8 weeks, grrrrrrrrrr and double grrrrrrrr (I was less polite at the time). After speaking to the ENT secretary for 2 minutes he managed to get this brought forward to the 30th May. Quite how this wasn't possible for our liver Dr's to arrange is beyond me however after a few heated discussions about the dreadful way this has all been handled she is also on the cancellation list so out fingers are crossed it might be earlier than the 30th, although we would only get 24 hrs notice if a place became available. So the tricky thing is now to try and keep her well enough to 'pass' the anaesthetist at all times.
She is still barely sleeping (zzzzzzzzzz) but is managing to eat a bit better. We have had no new food reactions either which is a big positive.
We are keeping away from other kids just now to prevent infection (apparently chicken pox is doing the rounds here) so we got her an early birthday pressie which has made her very happy as you can see.
