A sad passing

We sadly lost my Gran today at the age of 95, she passed away peacefully with my mum by her side. She was one tough lady and I'm sure she is the source of a lot of Erin's strength and determination. I'm so glad she got to know Erin recently as she barely saw her for the first 7 months while we were in hospital.  I know all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her a lot of joy and she will be dearly missed by all her family.
